BELLINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Bellingham City Council
will hold a public hearing on October 12, 2020
@ 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as possible during their
regular City Council Meeting, which will be held remotely, to take public
comment on the following:
A Resolution
of the Bellingham City Council to Encourage Voters of Bellingham to Renew the
Bellingham Transportation Fund in the November 2020 General Election.
This resolution concerns the following ballot measure: Proposition 2020-14, CONTINUATION AND EXTENSION OF SALES AND USE TAX FOR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTS

invited to do so. Advanced testimony by mail, email, and telephone is accepted
and strongly encouraged by sending comments to the Council Office, 210 Lottie

a.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2020 to be included in the agenda packet. Comment received after
that will be distributed to Council but not included in the published packet.
Anyone wishing to testify live during the public hearing can do so by

link can be used before the meeting to pre-register or during the meeting to
register and immediately join the meeting.
